VERY IMPORTANT DANCERS: BRING LOTS OF WATER, NON-STAINING DRINKS, AND SNACKS FOR THE SHOW.
WE ALSO RECOMMEND THAT YOU BRING THINGS TO KEEP YOURSELF ENTERTAINED. THE SHOW IS PROJECTED ON LARGE SCREENS IN MOST DRESSING ROOMS.
Friday, June 6 & Saturday, June 7 – The show starts at 6:00 p.m.
DANCER INFORMATION:
DANCER DROP OFF TIME TODAY: 5:00 p.m. – All dancers need to be at the Leffler Chapel Dressing Rooms in their first costume ready to go with show hair and make-up.
DANCER DROP OFF WHERE? Double doors on right side of Leffler Chapel, same as dress rehearsal day. There will be signs and greeters to guide you to the correct location. Dressing rooms will be posted prior to staging week.
DANCER PICK UP AGES 12 AND UNDER
DANCER PICKUP: Dancers ages 12 and under must be picked up inside the auditorium. They will be dismissed to a parent after bows. Please stay seated while they grab their belongings and then we will dismiss to you from the stage.
*ALL DANCERS MUST take home all costumes, shoes and accessories each day. We suggest you go through them all when you get home and make sure you have everything. e-dance center is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Dancers without costumes/costume pieces will not be permitted on stage. LABEL, LABEL, LABEL ALL COSTUME PIECES, ACCESSORIES AND SHOES!

Older dancers ages 13+ only are to pick up all their belongings from their dressing room and then exit by exiting the side doors where they were dropped off.

WHEN DOES THE LOBBY OPEN FOR GUESTS TO SHOW TODAY? Lobby doors for tickets and to enter the auditorium this year is at 5 p.m. Seating is reserved seating only.
WHEN CAN WE ACTUALLY GO IN THE THEATER AND SIT? Theater doors open at 5:00 p.m.
SEATING IS RESERVED SEATING ONLY: Tickets can be purchased by going to the “2025 Show Tickets” page on our website. Show tickets go on sale 4/14/25.
