E-PAYMENTS

Upon registration you will need to enter a credit or debit card into you portal. E-dance will charge tuition only to your card the 28th of the month (Sept-June). Costume deposits for Holiday Recital will be charged on Oct 14, 2024 (this recital is not required), Costume deposits for the Annual Recital are charged on Nov 15, 2024, Show Fees will be charged on March 1, 2025.


TUITION BREAKDOWN

Tuition is charged the 28th of the month. Our Fall/Winter dance season is September 3 – June 8, 2025 and tuition is charged the 28th of the month August – May. A pro-rated tuition will be charged for the month of June each year depending on show dates. The dates of our dance show does affect the tuition payment schedule.

Each class style (ex: Hip Hop) is an hour class for ages 6+.  Tuition is calculated by the number of class styles and class lengths you sign up for (ex: Hip Hop & Tap would be two classes).


REGISTRATION FEE

A Non-Refundable Registration Fee of $50 per student or $65 per family will be charged when registered for classes.


DROP CLASS FEE

You will be charged a $35 (per class dropped) cancellation fee for any show class dropped after October 31. Dance at E-dance is a commitment and we expect those who sign up to dance the whole season from September 5 through participating in the end-of-the-year show June 6 -8, 2025.


FAMILY DISCOUNTS

For every additional immediate family member (*sibling, *children, parent, spouse) will receive $10 off your total tuition! A family member is defined as those immediate family members living in the same household. *Siblings and children up to the age of 18. After the age of 18 siblings and children must have their own account.


SHOW COSTUMES COSTS

E-dance is known for putting on a big show at the end of the year. Please consider, when choosing classes, that there will be costumes to purchase. Costumes can be expensive. Some students may be in more than one dance number for an individual class.

For each dance number a student is in there will be a non-refundable costume deposit of $65.
If the costume chosen is more than $65 a balance will be charged for the remaining amount.
If the costume chosen is less the $65 a credit will be given to your dance account.


SHOW FEES

Additionally, E-dance has a show fee per family which is used to pay for the cost of the show at the theater. This show fee will be determined each year based off enrollment and show expenses. Show Fees in the past ranged from $150-$200. Students and families have the option to pay the amounts as a show fee or can use fundraiser money earned towards their dance account. E-dance will offer fundraisers throughout the year to help with additional costs.


SHOW TICKETS

Tickets can be purchased to attend the annual dance show at the end of the year. Ticket prices will be determined by enrollment and theater/show expenses. Typical recital ticket is $20.
