Our Holiday Recital is approaching quickly and we need your help!!! We rely on parent volunteers to help produce a show that runs smoothly and efficiently. There are jobs that are very basic and jobs that entail more work. Good news, this year we have 2 shows and are only asking for your help at one show, This ensures you the opportunity to watch your special dancer and also volunteer. Both shows at on 12/6 at 12pm and 7pm.
Volunteers for the holiday recital receive early access to ticket sales. Tickets go on sale to public 11/6. Volunteers will receive a code to order tickets 11/4.
*** Please note volunteers should also be available on 12/5 for dress rehearsal. The exception to this is ushering and also concessions.
*** Ushers and Concessions are expected to be in position 1hr and 15 minute prior to show time
*** Check in is expected to be in position 30 minutes prior to call time for dancers
*** Dressing room helpers are expected at dancer call times.
