Our Annual Recital is approaching quickly, and we need your help!!! We rely on parent volunteers to help produce a show that runs smoothly and efficiently. There are jobs that are very basic and jobs that entail more work. There are several shows, so we ask that you volunteer for at least one show, which allows you plenty of opportunities to watch the show.
Volunteers for the recital receive early access to ticket sales.
*** Please note volunteers MUST be available on 6/4 for dress rehearsal. The exception to this is ushers and also the concessions/candygrams and tickets. There will be a special meeting during staging week to make sure you are comfortable with the layout of the chapel, and we are scanning tickets at these shows, as we did at the holiday recital.
*** Ushers and Concessions are expected to be in position 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to show time
*** Check-in volunteers are expected to be in position 30 minutes prior to call time for dancers
*** Dressing room helpers are expected at dancer call times.
Here are the links to use to complete your PA Child Abuse and Background Checks. If you already have them on file with E-Dance no need to resubmit them unless they are over 5 years old. If you are not sure, please reach out to us and we can check if they are on file or not.
