What is POM?

POM is an energetic and exciting style of dance that combines strong technique, sharp movements, and team performance skills. Inspired by the world of cheer and dance team styles, POM focuses on precision, synchronization, strength, and high-energy choreography using pom poms as a performance element.

Dancers will work on arm placement, jazz technique, turns, jumps, kicks, formations, and performance quality while building confidence and teamwork. This class is a great way for dancers to develop stage presence, musicality, and the ability to perform with energy and enthusiasm.

At E-Dance, our POM program encourages dancers to be strong, confident performers while learning the importance of teamwork, commitment, and having fun!
