WE ALSO RECOMMEND THAT YOU BRING THINGS TO KEEP YOURSELF ENTERTAINED. THE SHOW IS PROJECTED IN MOST DRESSING ROOMS.
Saturday, December 6th – The show starts at 12:00 pm and 7:00 p.m.
DANCER INFORMATION:
DANCER DROP OFF TIME TODAY: 10:45-11:00 / 5:45 – 6:00 p.m. – All dancers need to be at the Leffler Chapel Dressing Rooms in their first costume ready to go with show hair and make-up.
DANCER DROP OFF WHERE? Double doors on right side of Leffler Chapel, same as dress rehearsal day. There will be signs and greeters to guide you to the correct location. Dancers aged 12 and under need to be dropped off by the person picking you up so they can receive the permission slip to for pick up.
DANCER PICKUP: Dancers aged 12 and under must be picked up inside the auditorium. They will be dismissed to a parent after bows. Please stay seated while they grab their belongings and then we will dismiss to you from the stage.
SHOW GUEST INFORMATION:
WHEN DOES THE LOBBY OPEN FOR GUESTS TO SHOW TODAY? This year, the lobby doors will open at 11 am and 6 p.m. for ticket sales. All seats are reserved and tickets will be scanned before entry into the auditorium. You must have your ticket on your phone or printed to be shown to the ushers at the door. We plan on 2 sold out shows so this is super important.
WHEN CAN WE ACTUALLY GO IN THE THEATER AND SIT? Auditorium doors open at 11:00 am and 6:00 p.m.
