Become one with the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that features lightly weighted drumsticks and combines cardio, strength, and flexibility in a concert-like atmosphere starring YOU as the rockstar. Join us to burn fat, build muscle, and have a blast with friends in this inclusive, all-level fitness class. Bring a sweat towel, water bottle, yoga mat, and a pair of Ripstix if you have them – if not, you can air drum and still be a rockstar!  This 60-minute class will meet each Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at e-dance center. Ripstix will be provided to the first 12 people for each class, but you are encouraged to buy your own through the official Pound website to ensure that you have access to them each week
