Tuition is due the first of the month. Payments received after the 10th will incur a $10 late charge. Accounts will be charged $25 for returned checks. Fall/Winter Dance is 9 months. We charge 9 months tuition each year no matter what the show date. Each class style (ex: Hip Hop) is an hour class for ages 6+. The number of classes below is calculated by the number of class styles you sign up for (ex: Hip Hop & Tap would be two classes).
$35 per student or $50 per family (Cash or Checks made out to “e-dance center” only). Registration fee is due one week after receiving your enrollment confirmation email.
For every new student that you refer and enrolls at e-dance center, you will receive $10 off your total monthly tuition for the dance season as long as the new student is enrolled between the month of Sept. – May! A referral form must be completed and sent in to the office. You will receive the discount as long as the new student is enrolled and paying their tuition at e-dance center for that dance year only. Referral does not continue to the next year or for summer dance.

For every additional immediate family member (*sibling, *children, parent, spouse) will receive $10 off your total tuition! Family member is defined as those immediate family members living in the same household. *Siblings and children up to the age of 21. After the age of 21 siblings and children must have their own account.
e-dance center is known for putting on a big show at the end of the year. Please consider, when choosing classes, that there will be costumes to purchase. Costumes can be expensive. Some students may be in more than one dance number for an individual class. For each dance number a student is in there will be a non-refundable costume deposit of $65. Additionally, e-dance center has a show fee of $125 per student or $175 per family. Students and families have the option to pay the amounts as a show fee or can use fundraiser money earned towards their dance account. e-dance center will offer two fundraisers (Fall and Spring R&K Sub/Sandwich sales.) to help with additional costs.

You can drop off your payments to the front desk staff, Mon. – Thurs., from 4:30 – 7:30 p.m., and also place in the black mailbox attached to the front desk during studio hours. Please specify the type of fee that is being paid (tuition, costume, show fee etc.). Cash payments MUST be placed in an envelope with your name on the outside of envelope. Payment can also be dropped into the outside mailbox anytime.
